Pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings and following the introduction of a 3% statutory threshold in the articles of association of Befimmo SA at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15 December 2008, Befimmo SA announces that it has received notice by BlackRock Inc., on 6 February 2014, that its share in Befimmo's capital crossed the threshold of 3%.
