Amy Davine Kim Expands Financial Services Law Firm's Global Anti-Money Laundering & Electronic Payments Compliance Capabilities


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2014) - BuckleySandler LLP, a leading financial services and criminal and civil enforcement defense law firm, announced today that Amy Davine Kim, a recognized regulatory and compliance lawyer in matters involving anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, consumer protection and electronic payments, has joined the firm as Counsel in its Washington, DC office. Kim is the latest addition to the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) practice, which recently added notable AML/BSA lawyer, Michael F. Zeldin, to its team, and further expands the firm's electronic payments practice.

Kim received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1997) and B.A. from Pepperdine University, cum laude (1994). She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Minnesota. Previously, Kim was Of Counsel with Patton Boggs in Washington, DC.
