Purchase of own securities and total voting rights
Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 8 April 2014 the Company purchased for cancellation 298,558 Ordinary shares at a price of 87.0p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 31,847,339 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
