Southern ITS International, Inc. Is Announcing That Its Authorized Shares Have Been Reduced by Half


LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - May 12, 2014) - Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SITS) announced today that it has reduced its total authorized common shares from 500,000,000 to 250,000,000. SITS has also reduced is total issued shares from 188,217,382 to 168,217,382, which is a reduction of 20 million common shares. 

In regards to new business development, SITS has finished its security system installation of its first Federally Funded Correctional Center project in April. SITS also started to ship electronic security equipment's to Dillard's, Inc for upcoming installation that is part of important ongoing loss prevention strategy to protect inventory and assets, increasing profits by reducing loss. SITS will announce shortly additional important contracts.
