Three Forks, Inc. Secures $50 Million Revolving Credit Facility

BROOMFIELD, CO--(Marketwired - May 12, 2014) - Three Forks, Inc., an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with operations and assets in Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, today announced it has secured a $50 million revolving line of credit with Guaranty Bank and Trust Company. The initial borrowing base is set at $3.5 million.

"This borrowing base will support our efforts in the area of exploration, development and/or acquisition of oil and gas properties as well as for associated working capital purposes."
