In connection with the Annual General Meeting of PCI Biotech Holding ASA to be held 13 May 2014, Erling Øverland, Chairman of the Board of Directors has received proxy based voting rights for 4,061,673 shares, representing 52.6 percent of the shares and votes in the company. Erling Øverland owns 32,500 shares and will therefore represent a total of 4,094,173 shares, representing 53.0 percent of the total shares in PCI Biotech Holding ASA. The proxies are valid only for the Annual General Meeting 13 May 2014.
