Administrators only manage one password per user across applications, and users gain simplified access through single sign-on to Ariett without further authentication. Companies that use AD on-premises can install DirSync, a Microsoft tool, to synchronize on-premises AD with AAD.

With the release of Ariett Touch, the company has embraced a mobile-first strategy by offering a product that is built from the ground up for mobile devices, ensuring a simple, seamless user experience. Mobile devices are quickly becoming the standard for modern business. A recent Gartner Report stated that by 2017, half of employers will require employees to BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Touch can be used to enter, review and approve documents from any location.
