(the "Fund") (NYSE: IRL) announced that the Fund's annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 9 a.m. at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on Monday, April 14, 2014 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting, or at any adjournments thereof.
