Nautilus Minerals AGM to be held June 25, 2014


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 20, 2014) - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX:NUS)(OTCQX:NUSMF) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") is to hold its Annual General Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.

The Company has today sent to shareholders its Annual Report, which contains the audited financial statements and Management's Discussion & Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2013, together with the meeting materials, being the notice of meeting, information circular and form of proxy or voting instruction form, as applicable.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery, at 130 King Street West, Toronto, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on the above date.
