Berry received the President's Citation for outstanding service for her contribution to the community outreach project, which brought together the BAMC and its "Creating an Improved Tomorrow" Program; the Montgomery County Public Schools; and the Citizenship Law Related Education Program and its Civics & Law Academy. Coates received an award for successful completion of the 2013-14 Leadership Development Academy, created to develop young lawyers into Bar leaders and encourage them to be more involved in the legal community.

"Paley Rothman is committed to diversity and community outreach through our attorneys' active participation in legal, charitable and community organizations and participation in diversity initiatives," noted James R.
