RIBER governance changes
Bezons, June 16th, 2014 - 7 am - RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing the departure of Noel Goutard, Michel Picault and Pierre Bouchaib from its executive bodies.
On June 13th, 2014, the Supervisory Board acknowledged Mr Noel Goutard's resignation from his position as a Supervisory Board member for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board also decided to not renew the terms of office of Mr Pierre Bouchaïb and Mr Michel Picault as Management Board members. Pierre Bouchaib will be invited to sit on the Management Board as a guest until he retires at the end of 2014.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank the three executives for their significant contributions towards RIBER's development.
Although the number of members serving in the executive bodies is still higher than legally required, the Supervisory Board is looking into several options for replacements.
