Kyyba, Inc. to be Preferred Supplier for Valeo

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., July 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In early 2014 Farmington Hills-based Kyyba received a multi-million dollar staffing contract for new and existing business with Valeo North America, Inc.

Kyyba was awarded preferred supplier status for Valeo for the entire United States region. Valeo had 30 suppliers when this proposal was first announced.  After a lengthy and rigorous five rounds of elimination and due diligence Kyyba came out on top as Valeo's preferred supplier, which entitled them to all contract and direct placements. Kyyba will locate technical or administrative personnel for Valeo according to the qualifications, experience, and project requirements set forth by the company. "Receiving this contract to serve all of Valeo's U.S. locations with a national footprint is a great sense of accomplishment and we look forward to strengthening our relationship with Valeo," said Kyyba President & CEO Tel Ganesan. This year Valeo was awarded a 2014 Top Employer in the United States and has many open positions across the U.S. and they are not only looking for qualified candidates but are also committed to opportunities to develop their skills further.

"Valeo is growing faster than the economy in the United States and the current 'War for Talent' in the market is making it more challenging to meet our staffing needs," said Dennis Clark, Valeo USA Human Resources Director. "Kyyba has an unconventional recruiting model producing results; adding them as a strategic sourcing partner will help enable Valeo to meet our current and future staffing requirements."

Kyyba has been in operation for more than fifteen years, specializing in staff augmentation and software development.  The company has multiple offices serving local, regional and national clients consisting of Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Kyyba's unique process allows employees to understand the needs of the business organizations and provide solutions that match the real and compelling needs of each organization.
