RIBER is revolutionizing research MBE with the Compact 21 Discover
Bezons, September 15th, 2014 - 5:45 pm - RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing the launch of a new 3'' substrate MBE research system, the Compact 21 Discover.
RIBER has just presented the Compact 21 Discover at the 18th International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy, held in Flagstaff, USA, from September 7th to 12th. This new model revolutionizes research MBE by presenting the reactor on an open frame, enabling 360° access to the machine's components and incorporating the transfer rod,, traditionally a fragile, long part of the system, into the electronics cabinet.
The result is the most compact and ergonomic 3" MBE system on the market.
Based on the recent Compact 21DZ, the Discover is also the only 3" MBE system on the market to combine 12 symmetric cell ports with a 10" central port, offering unrivaled flexible performance.
This new model's launch illustrates RIBER's strategy to develop and create value through its range of MBE systems. The Compact 21 Discover delivers superior performance capabilities with its low footprint, ergonomic design and flexible use.
