Robert Burbidge, the company's founder will remain CEO.

Diane Stevenson, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer at Genesis for more than 20 years. She has served on the Accounting Practices Committee for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and has been instrumental in promoting the interests of the small business community with legislators and regulators in New England for many years. A native of Rochester, New York, Diane is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
Patty Hilger, SPHR joined the Genesis management team in 2006. As Vice President of Human Resources and Operations, she has been a major contributor on health care initiatives for NAPEO, and is an authority in the HR industry and the Affordable Care Act. Prior to joining Genesis, Patty was the Vice President of Human Resources of Amherst Technologies for nine years. She is a native of Nashua, New Hampshire, a graduate of Northeastern University and received her MBA from Santa Clara University.
