("Navigator") (NYSE: NVGS), the owner and operator of the world's largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, announced today that it will release its results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014 after the market closes in New York on Monday, November 3, 2014.

On Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. ET, the Company's management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
