In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buyback program, as announced per 8th September 2014, the following transactions took place in the period from 3rd November 2014 till 7th November 2014 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19th October 2012:
