Corrections: announcement supplemented with more detailed information

AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” informs, that on 08.12.2014. has received

1. Corrected notifications from shareholders H.Livšica and SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” about loss and acquisition of significant participation;

2. Notifications from shareholders I.Bergere and J.Oskerko about loss of significant participation;

3. Notifications from H.Livšica and SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” about acquisition of significant participation.

According to the attached notifications, the following changes have been made in the ownership of company’s capital:

• SIA “Capital Holding” on December 5, 2014 has obtained a significant direct holding of 83,02% in AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” capital;
• Helēna Livšica on December 5, 2014 has obtained a significant indirect holding of 83,02% in AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” capital;
• Jānis Oskerko on December 5, 2014 has sold 60 255  AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” shares. After the transation J.Oskerko does not own any AS “Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” shares;
• Irina Bergere on December 5, 2014 has sold 241 854 AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” shares.  After the transation I.Bergere does not own any AS “Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” shares.
