TTS Group ASA: Director resigns due to job change

Director Jan Magne Galåen resigns as director of TTS Group ASA, after accepting a position at Carnegie Investment Banking (Corporate Finance) from January 2015. In his new position Galåen is not permitted to hold directorships in listed companies.

Galåen has been a member of the Board of TTS Group ASA since 2011.
