New Chief Financial Officer
Paris, 29 December 2014 - In order to support its development, Assystem is pleased to announce that as of 5 January 2015, Philippe Chevallier will become Chief Financial and Legal Officer. He will be a member of the executive committee and report to the Chairman and CEO, Dominique Louis.
A graduate of ESSEC and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Philippe Chevallier was previously Senior Advisor at the June Partners financial consultancy. Prior to that, he was for 12 years Chief Financial Officer at Elior. He began his career at Usinor (now ArcelorMittal) where he was Head of Financing and Mergers & Acquisitions Director.
