Changes in Com Hem’s Executive Management Team

Com Hem today announces the appointment of Mikael Larsson as Chief Financial
Officer (“CFO”) and Petra von Rohr as Director of IR and Corporate
Communications. Mikael Larsson replaces Joachim Jaginder who has decided to
leave Com Hem after more than 6 years. Both Mikael Larsson and Petra von Rohr
will be part of Com Hem’s Executive Management Team.
Mikael Larsson brings strong financial expertise and significant experience from
managing a publicly listed company. He has held the position as CFO of Kinnevik
since 2001 and has been participating in transforming Kinnevik into a pure TMT
focused investor. Mikael will join Com Hem on June 1, 2015.

As Com Hem’s new Director of IR and Corporate Communications, Petra von Rohr
will bring 18 years of experience of both strategic and financial communication.
She has previously been CEO of the investment bank Remium in Sweden and most
recently held the position as Partner and Head of Financial Communication at
Kreab. At Com Hem Petra will be responsible for IR, Public Affairs and the
Corporate Communications.

“I am very pleased with Mikael Larsson’s decision to join Com Hem as CFO. He is
a great addition to the team and will be valuable in Com Hem’s transformation to
increase both customer and shareholder value. Petra has extensive experience
from all the areas she will be responsible for at Com Hem and I am sure she will
be a valuable addition to our management team. Finally, I would like to thank
Joachim for his hard work over the past years and his dedication to the success
of Com Hem” said Anders Nilsson, CEO of Com Hem.

“After having followed the Swedish media and telecoms sector for the past 14
years, I am delighted to be joining Com Hem at this exciting time for the
company. I believe my experience will enable me to make a contribution to the
company’s success and create shareholder value“, said Mikael Larsson.

“Com Hem’s infrastructure and services imply a unique position to service a
considerable proportion of the Swedish households. I see great potential in the
brand and I look forward to contribute to its development in my new role”, said
Petra von Rohr.

Joachim Jaginder will resign from his duties as CFO and as well as board member
within the group companies.
