Canada's National Biofuels Advocate Announces New Hire

Ryan Deska Joins CRFA as Manager Communications and Stakeholder Relations


OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - February 13, 2015) - Andrea Kent, President of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA) announced today that Ryan Deska has joined the Association's public affairs team effective February 9, 2015.

As Manager of Communications and Stakeholder Relations, Mr. Deska will act as the liaison between CRFA and the media. He will also work closely with partners and organizations to advance Canada's biofuels industry and emerging bioeconomy. 

Mr. Deska brings with him a background in rural economic development and has been involved with the CRFA's annual conference for several years. He holds a Master of Science, Rural Planning and Development from the University of Guelph.
