Publication of the 2014 registration document
On April 7, 2015, Orange filed the 2014 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in France. This registration document includes the following information:
- the annual financial report ;
- the management report of the Board of Directors to the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 May 2015 ;
- the Chairman's report on corporate governance and internal control ;
- the information relating to the fees paid to Orange's statutory auditors.
