Los Gatos, CA, April 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stringify, an Internet of Everything (IoE) startup aiming to shape the transformation of the space, today announced it has received $6.3 million in initial seed funding led by ARTIS Ventures along with OurCrowd and other private investors. "The Internet of Things is at an important inflection point and we need to get it right," said Dave Evans, Stringify's CTO and co-founder. "It's not just about the hardware however, it's about the powerful intersection of people, process, and of course, the things. Stringify aims to unleash the potential of IoT by bridging together our physical and digital worlds in ways previously unimagined."

"Connected things will soon eclipse mobile phones in both market size and impact on our lives," said Mike Harden, senior partner at ARTIS Ventures. "Stringify is the platform that lets consumers and developers harness the true power of the Internet of Everything."

The founders of Stringify are seasoned management and product executives from companies spanning multiple industries, including Cisco, JPMorgan Chase, Palm and SanDisk.
