AVAILABILITY OF 2014 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
In accordance with the regulatory requirements in force, Dexia Credit Local announces that the French version of its 2014 Registration document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 28, 2015 and that it can be consulted on its internet site : http://www.dexia-creditlocal.fr (headings Informations juridiques et financières / Rapport annuel or Information réglementée). The English version of the 2014 Registration document is also available on the Dexia Crédit Local internet site: http://www.dexia-creditlocal.fr (headings Informations juridiques et financières / Annual report or Regulated Information).
The 2014 registration document includes:
- the 2014 annual financial report,
- the report on environmental and social aspects,
- the report concerning the condition for preparing and organizing the work of the board of directors and the internal control, the information relating to the statutory auditor's fee.
