In the newly-created position, she will be responsible for managing and supporting the introduction of Clare product families – including automation and control, media distribution, Class D amplifiers, and IP CCTV solutions - into the company's developing distribution channels.
Hansen, a 15-year veteran of the CE industry, spent the last five years with Crestron Electronics as Senior Residential Marketing Manager, where she directed a broad range of marketing efforts. Prior to joining Crestron, she was awarded a Dealerscope "Top 40 Under 40" award during her six-year stint with national distributor AVAD, which followed her swift rise into management with Tweeter HEG (formerly United Audio) in Chicago.
Hansen brings her experience at Crestron to a Clare sales management team with exceptional credentials in the custom electronics industry's most important companies. Other members include Clare's Vice President of Sales Jeff Zemanek, who formerly served as North American Director of Lutron's Residential Sales Channel; and Director of East Region Sales Chuck Parrelli, who joined Clare following his tenure as VP of Sales at Savant.
