Eurest Gears Up for Restaurant Week 2015


CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eurest, an onsite corporate dining company that provides premier café and catering services to business and industry clients, will be hosting a series of engaging promotions throughout the week of May 11th to participate in the country-wide phenomenon that is Restaurant Week.

Restaurant Week is famous throughout the world as a chance for restaurants to showcase their distinct and exciting cuisine, providing the assurance of an affordable bill. What was originally a four-day event has become a week-long and, in some cases, month-long tradition spanning internationally. The now-famous event offers residents of cities across the country and the world the opportunity to experience many of the best restaurants for a reasonable price, reaching a wider customer base and even producing loyal, returning customers for the participating restaurants.

During Restaurant Week restaurants offer reduced prices for a prix fixe menu, a menu that has multiple courses for one set price. What these restaurants lose in check average, they gain in sales volume and loyal customers.

As Eurest molds its future vision to produce cafés that are perceived as a destination, they've created their own Restaurant Week, which will be happening from May 11 – 25, 2015. Each day throughout the week, cafés from coast to coast will be featuring a daily themed special, giving their customers a taste of Eurest that is sure to leave them wanting more. Café guests will enjoy a variety of authentic cuisines throughout the week, including Latin, Asian, BBQ and more, all offering thoughtful menu items. Eurest's customer-favorite Fish Market promotion will make an appearance as well.
