IMW SE contemplates delisting

(Berlin, 13.05.2015). A few months ago IMW SE has downsized from the
General Standard to the Entry-Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Now
IMW Immobilien SE contemplates a delisting from the Stock Exchange.
Altogether the shareholders of the company shall decide on the delisting at
the next Shareholder Meeting.

The management of IMW Immobilien SE cannot not see any economic advantages
for its business in a listing on the Open Market (Entry-Standard) at the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange, which would justify a continued public listing.
