Proceeds to be Used to Acquire Land in Evans, Colorado


QUEBEC CITY, May 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ROI Land Investments, Ltd. (OTCQB: ROII) ("ROI" or the "Company"), a diversified real estate land development investment company, announced today that it has completed a $3.5 million in common stock at a price of $0.75 per share to accelerate its expansion in the United States. Approximately $3 million of the proceeds will be used to further acquire and develop land in Colorado, with the remainder allocated for general corporate purposes.
