Today, Wereldhave announces that Eric Damiron is appointed Managing Director
Wereldhave France effective June 1st 2015. Eric will be responsible for the
company's overall business in France. 

Eric joins from Klepierre where he finalised his position as CEO of Corio
France in May 2015. After his appointment as CEO of Corio France in December
2012, Eric restructured the portfolio and changed the team in 2013 and
subsequently turned around the company from a negative like-for-like to
positive rental growth in 2014. 

Eric brings further extensive experience in real estate and retail with
Hammerson, Nuggets/Hachette and Le Bon Marche/LVMH. He has demonstrated
start-up, turn around, and entrepreneurial skills, essential for establishing a
strong foundation for Wereldhave France in retail. 

Michel Janet, who served as Country Director for more than two decades, will
step down from this position but will continue on a part-time basis as Director
for Office Developments in Paris for the foreseeable future. 

Dirk Anbeek will hand over his interim responsibilities for France to Eric
Damiron with immediate effect. 

The French management team will now consist of Eric Damiron as Managing
Director, Olivier Mourrain, Director of Operations, and Richard Braun, Finance
Director. Recruitment of a Director Leasing has been initiated to complete the
management team as soon as possible.
