Isfjorden AS owns 8 570 651 shares in North Energy ASA, representing 7.2 per cent of the share capital in the company. Anders Onarheim, who owns a substantial proportion of the shares in Isfjorden, has been mandated to vote for the company's shares at North Energy's annual general meeting on 22 June 2015. Similarly, Onarheim - as chair of North Energy - has been appointed to vote as proxy without voting instructions for 2 837 470 shares at the above-mentioned AGM. That represents 2.38 per cent of the share capital in the company.
After the receipt of the above-mentioned proxies, Onarheim represents a total of 11 408 121 shares or 9.58 per cent of the share capital and votes in North Energy at the company's AGM on 22 June 2015.
