Michigan-Based Arterra Realty Expands to Central Florida

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - Jul 21, 2015) - Arterra Realty, the luxury home realty company headquartered in Rochester, Michigan, has expanded its presence to Central Florida, planning to add 50 jobs in the region by Fall 2015. Additionally, Arterra Realty will invest more than half a million dollars in the Lake Nona area through strategic investments and developments.

An established leader in the luxury home realty business in Rochester, the Arterra Realty team recently decided to make the move to Florida, and especially to the Lake Nona area, based on high-demand for the company's product in the market.

"Establishing a presence in Central Florida was a natural move for us," said Vito Teracciano, CEO of Arterra Realty. "This region is ripe for luxury housing and, with the market on an up-tick, we knew we wanted to be a part of the exciting things happening in Lake Nona and beyond."

The company, which is now actively recruiting real estate talent in Central Florida, is renowned for its unique business model, known as the S.M.A.R.T. system, which offers realtors Sales, Marketing, Advanced Training, Recruiting and Tiered Compensation, respectively. The idea behind this model is that realtors are provided with the typical distractions that plague industry professionals (i.e. self-promotion) upfront, so that they can focus solely on selling. Additionally, each realty agent maintains an 80/20 split in sales commission with the broker from the get-go.

Arterra Realty has its sights set on realty and development opportunities in other Florida markets, including Tampa, New Smyrna, Daytona and Volusia County, and plans to expand to these regions within the coming months.
