Fortress Signs Reg. CE Equity Crowdfunding Agreement With ROKY Oil Services Investment Services to Raise Money for Its 2nd Eagle Ford Shale Saltwater Disposal Supercenter and Mud Farm

SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 21, 2015) - Fortress Environmental Holdings announced today that it has signed a definitive equity crowdfunding agreement with ROKY Oil Services Investments to launch a $5 million oil & gas fundraising campaign. The Reg. CE crowdfunding campaign will raise the startup capital needed to complete the build out of its second Supercenter Disposal Facility which includes a Salt Water Disposal (SWD) Well, Mud Farm, Commercial Truck Wash, and Frac Tank Washout Center in Dimmit County to serve the oil & gas industry in the Texas Eagle Ford Shale.
