The Board of Downing THREE VCT plc is pleased to announce the extension of the Offer for Subscription in respect of J shares that launched on 11 December 2014. The Offer had previously been extended to 30 September 2015 but has now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 October 2015 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).
