Zach Griffin, General Manager of The Governance Institute, will present healthcare governance trends across the decade. Steve Jackson, President of National Research, will share how boards, CEO roles, and physician leaders can revolutionize the patient experience.

"Understanding the role that governance plays is a critical component of building strategies to improve the future of healthcare," Griffin said. "We hope attendees understand that there are many facets to governance, beginning from changing frontline initiatives that foster better quality care to implementing policies in the boardroom."

This year's Chairperson, CEO, & Physician Leader Conference focuses on what healthcare CEOs, board chairs, and key physician leaders can do now to prepare their organizations for strength and relevance in the future—both near and long term. It aims to reinforce the critical imperative of superb leadership from this triad in building the future of care in the U.S.—even without knowing the exact destination.
