The purpose of this announcement is to inform that Spar Nord has received the permission of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to repay a bond loan for DKK 58 million (ISIN code DK0030270822) currently classified as supplementary capital.
The repayment will take place on 25 November 2015.
