He remarked that the skills he used to make his goal a reality included a steady determination, work ethic, and a student mentality -- qualities that he looks for in candidates for the management training program at DIY. In management training, employees learn how to coach and train others, set goals, and expectations by helping others along the ways as well." He stated that as Branch Manager, he has the opportunity to operate on a macro level, utilizing all that he has learned from starting at entry level.
