MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Danny and Drew of Perkins|Levin, a real estate team and hosts of HGTV's "Renovate to Rent," are pleased to announce the commencement of an annual national scholarship essay contest for students enrolled in accredited colleges and universities. Danny and Drew strive to help students to succeed with their education.
SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST DETAILS
For the academic school year, Danny and Drew and their team will hold an essay contest to award a $1500 scholarship to one lucky student that will be put toward his or her tuition and fees. The funds will be distributed once annually each academic school year.
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in an accredited American university or college. To apply, students must submit a 300-500 word essay on one of the following topics:
- Advantages of renting versus owning during your college years.
- What real estate rental income opportunities could mean to you as a college student.
