Net Asset Value
The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 4 January 2016 the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 106.4 pence per share ex dividend.
The net asset value is stated excluding an interim dividend of 2.5 pence per share which will be paid on 14 January 2016 to those shareholders on the register on 18 December 2015.
