Concurrent Technologies Corporation Annual Report Wins Industry Honors for 10th Consecutive Year

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Feb. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Concurrent Technologies Corporation's fiscal year 2015 annual report has won a gold MarCom Award, marking the tenth consecutive year that the publication has been honored in a national or international competition.

"These competitions measure us against fortune 500 companies and media conglomerates as well as companies closer to our size, and we are honored to be judged as exceptional alongside the best in the industry," says Mary Bevan, Director, Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing, Concurrent Technologies Corporation.

"This year's Gold MarCom Award is especially gratifying because it is the tenth consecutive year that our company's annual report has won a major honor. I want to recognize our writer, Beth Ann Lombardi, and our graphic designer, Carianne Weakland, who have consistently brought their top game to this publication. Their talent and dedication to excellence have made it possible for the annual report to win a total of 15 awards over the past ten years including APEX, Hermes, MarCom and Service Industry Advertising Awards."

Bevan serves as the project manager for the annual report. She noted that the publication has earned nine gold awards and one platinum award over the past decade. Other team members who contributed to this year's annual report are David Covolo, Michael Hull, Molly McQuillan, Sharon Paterson, Stephanie Putt, Ed Sheehan, and Tricia Wright.

MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Judges for the international organization are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talents exceed a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. The competition received about 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and more than a dozen other countries.
