Bonterra Energy Corp. Confirms Cash Dividend for February 2016 Payable March 31, 2016

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 1, 2016) - Bonterra Energy Corp. (www.bonterraenergy.com) (TSX:BNE) announces that the February 2016 monthly cash dividend will be $0.10 per share and will be paid on March 31, 2016. The record date for the dividend is March 15, 2016 and the ex-dividend date is March 11, 2016. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.

The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
