Reduction of common stock

With reference to company announcement no. 8/2016, a reduction of the company's B common stock by DKK 6,000,000 via cancellation of 3,000,000 treasury B stocks, was adopted at Novozymes A/S' Annual Shareholders' Meeting on February 24, 2016.
