Top HCM Analyst Tells 'Firing Line with Bill Kutik' Software Is Now Better Than People at Making Decisions

WESTPORT, CT--(Marketwired - Apr 5, 2016) - Holger Mueller, a leading HCM analyst with Constellation Research, tells "Firing Line with Bill Kutik^®" that predictive analytics has now reached the point where software is better at decision-making than some HR practitioners.
