Octopus Titan VCT plc (the "Company") announces that further to the offer for subscription by the Company for new ordinary shares (the "Offer") to raise up to £100 million in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 tax years, as set out in a prospectus dated 8 September 2015, as supplemented by supplementary prospectuses dated 19 February 2016 and 23 March 2016, the Board of the Company declares that the Offer is now fully subscribed and closed with effect from 9:00am on 5 April 2016 in respect of new applications.
