Determine Names David Bush Chief Revenue Officer

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 12, 2016) - Determine, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTRM), a leading global provider of SaaS enterprise Source to Pay and Enterprise contract lifecycle management (ECLM), including cloud-based strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management and procure-to-pay solutions, today announced the promotion of David Bush to the new position of Chief Revenue Officer for the newly re-branded Determine Inc. In this new role, Mr. Bush will be responsible for driving revenue across all Determine solutions and product lines worldwide, as well as managing the company's ongoing relationships with all its clients, and global alliances.

Dave brings over 16 years of experience in the sourcing and procurement SaaS software space. He is a consistent award winner of the "Pros to Know" list published by Supply and Demand Chain Magazine and received the North American Product Line Strategy Award in the Strategic Sourcing Industry from Frost & Sullivan. Dave is a widely recognized thought leader and speaker, participating in numerous webinars, panel discussions and industry conferences over the past 10+ years. Previously Dave was Determine's Chief Sales officer, responsible for global new logo generation and alliances. Prior to that he was the CEO of Iasta, which was acquired by the company in 2014.

David Bush's Biography:

David Bush is a leading subject matter expert in the field of procurement, enterprise contract management and supply management. Prior to his appointment to the new role of Determine's Chief Revenue Officer, he held the position of Chief Sales Officer. Prior to Determine, David was a founder and CEO of Iasta, an industry leading SaaS-based sourcing and spend management solutions company focused on providing strategic sourcing, business intelligence, spend analysis, supplier management, in mid- to large enterprises worldwide. Iasta was acquired by Determine in July of 2014. Prior to co-founding Iasta, Dave was the co-founder of EcoSearch Environmental Resources, an Internet based risk solution founded in 1994. At its founding, the company was a leading innovator in the space and delivered GIS mapping risk data electronically via the nascent 'world wide web' delivered by technology that would later be known as SaaS and Cloud based software.

David graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with a degree in Environmental Science and Management and is part of Butler University's Corporate and Executive Education program. In addition to his professional duties, Dave volunteers his time as the Chairman for the Business Administration Advisory Council of Ivy Tech College and is a Board member of Triton Brewing Co.
