World's First Commercial Droneport and Teaching Facility Launches Invitation-Only "Preferred Partner Network" (PPN)

The Aerodrome PPN Will Be a Network of Like-Minded UAS Companies That Desire to Provide World Class Service to Their Customers

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - May 06, 2016) - The Aerodrome, the world's first commercial droneport and teaching facility in Henderson/Boulder City, NV., announced today the creation of an invitation-only Preferred Partner Network (PPN), inviting a limited number of companies in each of a variety of UAS-related segments. The goal of the PPN is to guarantee the best possible products and services to fulfill client needs, and high quality business opportunities to participating network providers.

The Aerodrome will serve as network administrator and lead partner for UAS training. Other segments invited to join the Network will include Platform Distributors; Parts Distributors; Consultants; Custom Design/Modification Fabrication Experts; Marketing; Administrative/Legal; Accounting; and other related industry experts.

"Any industry going through early stage development has its challenges," said Jonathan Daniels, president of The Aerodrome. "The UAS industry has many suppliers who lack the expert knowledge and experience needed to provide adequate advice on what, when, and how to implement the technology. In many cases, a customer will make the wrong choice of hardware, software, training, etc., ending with a bad experience or worse, and early adopter abandoning any further consideration for UAS as a tool. Poor choices and confusion have derailed entire programs. This is why we created the Preferred Partner Network."

The Aerodrome Preferred Partner Network is a network of like-minded companies that desire to provide world class service to their customers. There is no minimum requirement to purchase services and no minimum referral. However, network partner companies will, through peer reviews, collaborate on the future partners and the needs of the network to insure that desired companies actively participate (which will, by nature, promote the use of services and cross referral of business).

By creating an affiliation, The Aerodrome PPN can guarantee clients a single, end-to-end solution sale; highest quality products and services; best practice service levels; and fair pricing. The guarantee to network partners is the best providers in the industry; Service Level Agreements; end-to-end solutions; and built in discounts and/or referral fees.

The Aerodrome will provide the following specific benefits to the Network:

  1. Discounts on facilities/equipment rental
  2. Discount and/or referral fees for training efforts (per student referral or group)
  3. Referrals of Network products or services (acting as primary contact for clients working to insure smooth transition and pull-through of business)
  4. Discounts on consulting fees
  5. Discounts on customized course offerings (based on client needs)
  6. "Most Favored Client" discounts -- Aerodrome promises to provide to Preferred Partner Customers, at minimum, the lowest advertised price in the market for any service purchased through the network.

Partners will provide a detail of their offering to the network, then sign an MOU with the details and responsibilities to the network. Active Partners will have influence over which services and companies are added to or replaced from the network.

Aerodrome owns and operates teaching airports and an online-education program that revolutionize Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) education. The world's first commercial droneport provides training and prep courses for FAA certification testing that pilots and maintenance personnel will need to work in the UAS industry. In addition, it offers expert advisory and consulting services as well as facilities rentals, enterprise solutions and outsourced aviation service and repair.

The Aerodrome, which is open to the public but privately operated, offers training for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS); provides FAA repairman and pilot certification and testing; and offers a variety of other educational, research and development services. E-learning programs are currently taught from the Aerodrome campus in Henderson, NV as well as hosting satellite programs for participants not able to attend in person. The droneport can support civil entities with section 333s and special airworthiness certificates. It will also support hobby and recreational model aircraft flight, including specially-made drone racing courses.
