Volaris Group Expands Position in Communications Vertical With Acquisition of Active Broadband Network's OSS Business

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 09, 2016) - Volaris Group today announced that it has acquired Boston-based Advanced Broadband Networks ("ABN") Operations Support Systems (OSS) solutions business. The acquisition is Volaris' third acquisition in the Communications vertical market.

With their deep understanding of internet broadband operator needs, ABN develops OSS solutions that help Communication Service Providers (CSPs) analyze subscriber-based broadband habits and dynamically bill them based on their usage. ABN has customers in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

The acquired ABN business line becomes a business unit of Incognito Software Systems, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
