Gamehost Announces Election of Directors

RED DEER, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 9, 2016) - Gamehost Inc. ('Gamehost', the 'Company') (TSX:GH)

Gamehost announces that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held May 10, 2016 (the "Meeting"), all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated March 31, 2016 were elected. Detailed results are provided below:

A ballot was not required for the election of directors. The number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of the Company in advance of the Meeting.

Other business of the Meeting resulted in:

• The fixing of the number of directors of the Company at six; and
• Reappointment of Pivotal LLP (formerly Heywood Holmes and Partners LLP) as the auditors of the Company.
