CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN COM HEM

Com Hem Holding AB (publ) (“Com Hem”) hereby makes public that the number of
shares and votes in Com Hem as per June 30, 2016 amounts to 192,874,019.
Of the total number of shares 716,813 are treasury shares. The total number of
votes in the company thus amounts to 192,157,206 when excluding the 716,813
treasury shares which may not be represented at general meetings.

In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting on May 19, 2016
Com Hem has executed a reduction of the share capital by way of cancellation of
13,769,357 treasury shares, from 206,643,376 shares in total to 192,874,019
shares (a reduction of approximately 6.7 %). Simultaneously, and for the purpose
of restoring the share capital, Com Hem has executed a bonus issue with an
amount corresponding to the amount with which the share capital was reduced. The
reduction and the increase of the share capital has been registered by the
Swedish Companies Registration Office and the shares cancelled on June 9, 2016.

Hence, as per June 30, 2016, the number of shares and votes in Com Hem amounts
to 192,874,019. The unchanged share capital amounts to SEK 213,337,879 and the
quota value to SEK 1.106 per share.
