IVM, a SVE J/V Company, Signs 1st Film Project Client With TDOJ LLC Deal

(IVM) a Nevada C corp., has signed on to represent TDOJ LLC, a stand-alone Texas LLC of which SVE is the majority member and whose purpose is the production and release of their $5.3mil inspirational feature film "Three Dimensions Of Jerusalem" using a general solicitation of accredited investors as provided for under the SEC's Reg. D 506c rules. For their representation IVM is to receive favored nations Producers fees and net profits participation.
