Yara management share purchases


Oslo, 30 August 2016: On Monday 29 August Yara International ASA purchased 71,001 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 290.7986 per share. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executives taking part in Yara's long-term incentive program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International ASA Board of Directors. The LTIP shares are locked in for a period of three years after purchase, after which executives may keep or sell the shares at their discretion.

CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 3,281 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 17,174 Yara shares.

Head of Supply Chain Tove Andersen purchased 1,351 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 2,991 shares.

Head of Industrial Yves Bonte purchased 2,067 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 12,026 Yara shares.

Head of Yara Brazil Lair Hanzen purchased 3,128 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 7,797 Yara shares.

Chief Technology Officer Pierre Herben purchased 772 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 3,610 shares.

Head of Crop Nutrition Terje Knutsen purchased 1,282 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 4,336 Yara shares.

CFO Torgeir Kvidal purchased 1,232 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 8,369 Yara shares.

Head of Supply & Trade Alvin Rosvoll purchased 1,129 LTIP shares, and at the same time sold 2,000 shares at a price of NOK 291.6168 per share. Following this purchase and sale he owns 4,904 Yara shares.

General Counsel Kristine Ryssdal purchased 997 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 1,189 shares.

Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer Terje Tollefsen purchased 1,057 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 5,004 shares.

Chief HR, Corporate Communications and Branding Officer Lene Trollnes purchased 4,702 LTIP shares, of which 3,645 represent a one-time compensation for forfeited bonus rights in Trollnes' previous employer Sapa. Following this purchase she owns 4,702 shares.

Head of Production Petter Østbø purchased 1,398 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 4,985 shares.

Head of Investor Relations Thor Giæver purchased 505 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 3,369 Yara shares.

Head of Risk & Internal Audit Steinar Skar purchased 377 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 2,787 Yara shares.

Head of Corporate Communications Esben Tuman purchased 426 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 779 Yara shares.

Head of Ethics & Compliance Ezekiel Ward purchased 420 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 1,013 Yara shares.
